We are pleased to present the fifth edition of our Staffing Diversity Newsletter.  The staffing team continues to work to ensure that all referrals are screened and responded to in a timely manner.

 

As February comes to a close, we would like to thank all of those who attended the various activities associated with celebrating Black History month.

OPENINGS -

Director Level and Above:

DUBLIN-Vice President, Quality & Regulatory Affairs Management – PET-10000616: The successful candidate will have 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical drug product manufacturing with at least 7 years experience managing quality groups (QA, QC, Compliance, or Quality Systems). Must have at  least 3 years experience working with aseptic manufacturing processes and 6 years of management experience is highly recommended.  Experience in other functional areas such as Operations, Technology Services and/or R&D are highly desirable.

 

DUBLIN- Director, Quality Assurance – PET-10000669: The successful candidate will have 10+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical drug manufacturing with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing quality groups (QA, QC, Compliance, or Quality).  They must have at least 5 years of combined experience working with aseptic manufacturing processes and micro laboratories. 5-7 years of management experience is strongly recommended and up to 75% travel is required.

 

DUBLIN- Director, Applications Design, Dev. & Run – IT Customer Service- 10000353: Accountable for developing a multi-year IT strategy for areas within the Customer Service CRM and Contact Centers.  Minimum 7 years experience.  Experience with the following applications preferred: SAP CRM Applications, CSW, Genesys, Cisco Call Manager, Cisco UCCE/ UCCX, Witness Call recording and Quality monitoring.

 

 

DUBLIN- Assistant General Counsel, Mergers & Acquisitions- 10000160: The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of corporate legal experience with a primary focus in complex Mergers and Acquisitions, either with a law firm or as in-house counsel.  A law degree from an accredited law school with a strong academic record is required.  Licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction in the United States is required.

 

 

Manager Level:

 

DUBLIN Product/Market Senior Manager Physician Office LAB 09006707: The successful candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in marketing. They must have supervisory/management experience.  Three years medical marketing experience preferred with a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.

DUBLIN- Sr. Counsel, M&A-0000712: Undergraduate and J.D. required.  3-5 years of relevant M&A experience required.  Large law firm or corporate legal department experience preferred.

 

DUBLIN- Manager, Strategic Sourcing – 10000796: The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience with Supply Chain Management; Pricing; and contract negotiations. The Manager, Strategic Sourcing will act as a Business Partner and sourcing expert for a portion of the $2.8 Billion spend with over 600 vendors.  This individual will be the expert on the category and strategic with key vendors within the category and sub-categories.

 

MCGAW- Manager, Storage- 10000501: Will provide strategic leadership and direction to a blended team, external (vendor) and internal (staff), in design, deployment, support and management of the Cardinal storage systems.  The successful candidate will have at least five years of direct staff supervision with a proven track record of customer satisfaction and delivery of results.   Must also have extensive experience with storage systems, SAN fabric, IBM SAN Volume Controllers, DS8000 and HP storage systems. 

 

LUBBOCK, TXManager, Nuclear Pharmacy – 09005894: pharmacy degree required; Authorized User highly preferred. 3-5 years related pharmacy experience, and ability to develop, implement and lead all aspects of pharmacy operation. Relocation assistance available.

 

Other:

 

FIFE, WASupervisor, Warehouse Operations – 10000232: The successful candidate will need to have 3 to 5 years proven leadership experience with a large team; strong interpersonal skills for coaching and mentoring talent in the distribution center and prior Outbound Operations experience.  The position is a Monday through Friday position with an 11:00am start time in our Medical Products Distribution Center. Medical or FDA experience is helpful and Lean/Six Sigma knowledge and experience is preferred.

 

CHANDLER, AZSupervisor, Warehouse Operations – 10000837:  The successful candidate will need to have 3 to 5 years proven leadership experience with a large team; strong interpersonal skills for coaching and mentoring talent in the distribution center and prior Outbound Operations experience.  The position is a Monday through Friday position with an 11:00am start time in our Medical Products Distribution Center. Medical or FDA experience is helpful and Lean/Six Sigma knowledge and experience is preferred.

 

DUBLIN- Engineer, Infrastructure Management- Tivoli- 10000151: Primary responsibilities for establishing standards for configuring network and event management policies in CAH’s enterprise systems and network management toolsets.  The ideal candidate will have experience with configuring and/or support of Netcool Omnibus, Tivoli CCMDB, CA Wiley Interoscope and/or CA Workload Automation (dSeries) and IBM Tivoli Monitoring 6.2 or higher products in a large scale IT environment.

DUBLIN - Advisor, IT Audit/Financial Controls- 09006954:  Audits information systems, platforms, and operating procedures.  Evaluates IT infrastructure in terms of risk to the organization and performs tests of controls to assess IT control environment. Position requirements include BS/BA MIS, Computer Science, or Accounting . Minimum of 3 years job experience, with at least 2 years of IT audit experience Knowledge/experience with various technology platforms is desirable (e.g., SAP, Windows, UNIX/LINUX voice/data networks)

DUBLIN— Sr Analyst, Strategic Pricing -09006989 : Responsible for developing process for pricing and working with field sales controllers to successfully implement the process. Utilize recently launched PROS Pricing Analytics application to identify, analyze, and develop solutions to margin leaks such as below cost sales, low margin sales, etc.  Position requirements include BS/BA Finance or Accounting, Minimum 2 yrs accounting/finance experience.  Pricing experience a large plus.  

JAMESTOWN, NYSupervisor, Inside Sales – 10000447:  The successful candidate must have strong leadership, excellent written and oral communication, and analytical skills.  Must have ability to motivate sales staff, at least two years healthcare (tele) sales experience and a BA/BS degree.

 

PHOENIX, AZ - Technician II, Chemical/Pharmaceutical Operations - 09007210: Science degree required; preferably in chemistry. Looking for an entry level candidate with HPLC or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience. Position is night shift Monday-Friday.

 

SALES, across the US- The Retail Sales Organization – Roles posted: Territory Sales, Pharmacy Business Consultants.  Pharmacy Business Consultants incorporate a consultative approach to fulfill customer needs by driving value added services that improve customer operational efficiencies and result in improving customer sales and margins. Candidate will call on independently owned pharmacies and Alternate Cares sites, as main customer base. Product offerings are selling intangible technology programs and services to pharmacies to help solve the overall operations solutions in their stores.  Bachelor's degree required and a minimum of 4 years related sales experience, Ability to travel more than 25% of time, a proven product knowledge in business area and a valid driver's license.
