We like to introduce our Columbus Chapter Leadership Team:
President Reginald (Reggie) Hillery is a Business Analyst for Strategic Insurance Software (SIS) and currently leads a team responsible for supporting and enhancing an agency management software application. In this capacity, he serves as a liaison between the application development team and customer service team, leads the change control board, writes business requirements and manages the second-level support team.? In addition, he supports the sales team by providing product demonstrations. He has received multiple accolades for his work product and team contributions.
Vice President of Membership Alva Anderson is a Programmer/Analyst for the United McGill Corporation. He develops reporting, engineering, web, and telephony applications in a number of different programming languages.
Vice President of Member Service Lance Livingston is an Engineer Lead/Application Development Manager for JPMorgan Chase & Co (JPMC). He leads an application team that is responsible for the regulatory compliance systems involving electronic communication for Retail broker dealers and the registered members of FINRA. This involves the capture and retention of email with Computer Associates (CA) Message Manager application. His team develops and supports custom development for regulatory compliance, supervision, and governance of electronic communication.
Director of High School Computer Competition Andre Young is a Business Analyst Manager for JP Morgan Chase and currently leads a team responsible for application development and support of several financial reporting instruments and data warehouse for the home finance division. Andre also supports the call centers with consulting on best practices for self service efficiency. In this capacity, he serves as manager of a group of application developers, business analyst, and architect in support application enhancements to the financial reporting applications. He also work with the business teams to ensure customers are provided a efficient and seamless experience whether it is provided by the Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Web or agent by monitoring and evaluating each delivery channel.
Director of Corporate Relation Began career at IBM, has performed as Vice President, Director and Manager of Technology at Fortune 100 companies and the largest university in the country.
Director of Communication Jeffrey Daniels serves as the Director of Communications for BDPA Columbus. He began his career in the banking industry at National City Bank in Cleveland, Ohio. Thereafter, he expanded into bank regulation as a Safety and Soundness Examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland's bank regulation sector followed by his role as an IS Examiner. He began working for JPMorgan Chase & Co. 11 years ago and has held a variety of information technology roles. Currently at Chase, Jeff serves as an Information Risk Analyst within the Enterprise Systems group. His job duties include elements of risk management, compliance, standards, privacy, and security. Jeff is the proud father of two sons; he and his wife celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary this year.
Vice President of Finance Henry J.Davis began his banking and financial service career with National City Bank in Toledo, Ohio after serving four years in the United States Marine Corps (1986 -1990). Upon graduating from the University of Toledo, College of Business (Finance/Economics), Henry relocated to Columbus Ohio. In Columbus, Henry worked at a mutual fund company where his responsibilities were building and maintaining cash management models for mutual fund families. Thereafter, he worked for JPMChase as a Senior Mortgage Portfolio Analyst for 8 years and a Strategy and Business Development Manager for 2 years. His responsibilities included the pricing and valuation of Prime and Subprime Portfolio. As a Strategy and Business Development Manager, Henry was responsible for managing and negotiating Software and Maintenance agreements of outside vendors for JPMChase's business units.
In 2007, Henry joined Huntington bank where he was responsible for building Huntington's regional business units profitability models. He also managed the valuation, forecasting, and risk analysis of Huntington's mortgage portfolio for two years. Currently, Henry is working at Nationwide Life Insurance Company where he is responsible for building and managing Nationwide Financials independent and captive agent platform model. Henry is married and is the proud father of one son and new daughter.
